Spaghetti alla Genovese Recipes

Ingredients : |
450 g
freshly cooked spaghetti
30 g fresh
basil leaves
15 g fresh
parsley
1 clove
garlic, crushed
60 g pine
nuts or chopped walnuts
60 g
grated Parmesan cheese
140 ml
olive oil
salt and
pepper |
Method :
- Combine basil, parsley, garlic,
nuts, cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender and
work until finely chopped.
- With the machine running, pour the
oil through the funnel in a thin, steady steam.
- Process until smooth and the
consistency of mayonnaise.
- Pour over the pasta and toss to
serve.
- Serve with additional grated
cheese if desired.
