Method :
Cook the rice
according to package directions. While the rice is cooking, in a medium
skillet, sauté the celery and onion in the butter for 5 - 10 minutes,
until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and then
add to the cooked rice. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the
liquid is absorbed. Crumble the
orange zest before adding. It has a tendency to stick together.
Makes 2-4 servings
