Method :
- Melt butter in a small saucepan,
stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and cayenne.
- Place almonds, cashew nuts and
pecans or walnuts in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour over butter mixture and toss
to coat nuts.
- Bake nuts, stirring every 5
minutes, for 15-20 minutes or until they are toasted.
- Allow nuts to cool, then store in
an airtight container.

For special occasion you might like to
decorate a bowl of devilled nuts with a chili flower. To make a chili
flower, choose a small chili or trim the ends from a long chili, keeping
the stem end intact. Using a small pair of scissors cut around the chili
to form petals, taking care not to cut all the way to the stem. Remove
the seeds, drop the chili into a bowl of iced water and refrigerate
until the 'flower' opens out.
