Cook bacon, spring onions and
chilies in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes
or until bacon is crisps.
Remove from pan and drain on
absorbent kitchen paper.
Place corn chips in a shallow
ovenproof dish and sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheese.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until
heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately, accompanied
with sour cream for dipping.

cm wide. They are medium to hot in taste and are also available canned
or bottled.
