Method :
Combine all
ingredients except chops in a small jar with a tight lid. Shake to blend
well. Trim excess fat from chops, put them in a shallow glass dish in a
single layer and pour oil mixture over. Let stand 60 minutes at room
temperature or in refrigerator several hours. Turn occasionally. Heat
oven to 350F (175C). Bake chops in marinade about 60 minutes or until
very tender. Turn once during baking.
